Why an update?
While mostly behind the scenes, this investment in stronger technologies provides us with significant operational efficiencies and gives us the ability to make future enhancements to your digital banking experience.
Account Changes

If you are an account holder affected by changes due to the system update, you should have received a separate letter detailing the changes to your account(s).

Statement Changes
The system update provides you with a more modern and easier-to-read statement for your accounts. However, there are a few things you should keep in mind regarding your statement(s):

Mobile Banking App
We are excited to share that our system update will also allow us to launch a new Mobile Banking App, (Version 6.0) with new features and functions you’ve been asking for, such as:
- Improved look and feel
- Ability to complete password updates on the app
- Access to controls for debit card management and security
If you have automatic updates enabled on your smartphone, the new mobile app will be downloaded to your device once it is available in the applicable app store. If you typically update your apps manually, you will need to download and install it when you’re ready.
