Steven M. Krawick, AAMS, CMFC, AIF^®

President & Chief Executive Officer

Steve is responsible for the operation and management of West Chester Capital Advisors, Inc., where he develops and implements investment policies for the company and clients as well as conducting portfolio management and research activities.

For more than 35 years, Steve has successfully led the investment management function of several financial institutions. He is credited with the development and management of several unique investment disciplines, including the AmeriServ Premier Equity Discipline®, the Tactical High Yield Bond Discipline, the Active Enhanced Equity Index, and the Equity Selection Program. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Accredited Asset Management Specialist and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor designee.

Steve is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Saint Francis University, where he received numerous academic awards while completing his Bachelor of Science degree. He later earned a M.B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

As a thought leader in the industry, Steve has been a contributor to many nationally recognized media outlets, as well as an instructor of investment management courses at Bucknell University (PBA Trust School) and Saint Francis University.
