Manager of Payroll & Benefits
AmeriServ Financial Bank continues to grow and is seeking a Manager for payroll & benefits. This position is based at our headquarters in Johnstown. Responsibilities include management of the day to day administration of payroll, benefits, HRIS, Time/attendance and employment law compliance. Provide guidance for employee benefit programs for the AmeriServ Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration with at least (5) to (8) years of experience in Human Resources Administration. Certification in Human Resources, Benefits and/or Payroll is required. Demonstrated experience managing processes and people is required, with evidence of progressive development of leadership skills and responsibilities.
