Internet Banking Administrator

AmeriServ Financial Bank is looking for an individual to provide interactive customer service and operational assistance in our Internet Banking department.

Responsible for the operations of the Consumer and Business Online Banking platform through FIS. Core systems include but not limited to bill payment, external transfers, people pay, mobile banking and ACH origination. This position also provides a high level of service to both Consumer and Business customers along with technical support to AmeriServ staff and Business Service Officers. Continually monitor onboarding workflow; ensure that set-up and enrollment processes are customer friendly, fraud-resistant, fast and efficient. Maintain written documentation, such as procedures, procedure manuals and user guides.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a college degree attainment preferred. Three to five (3-5) years of internet banking support experience, or closely-related general banking support is required. Proficiency in Windows based operating systems, along with Internet services is required. A professional demeanor, outstanding listening and good communication skills are necessary. Ability to grasp and understand technical based services quickly and the ability to meet deadlines is required along ability to work with technology and assist customers/employees with problems reported.
