Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Johnstown location who can process paperwork related to our Collections and Assigned Risk Department. This would include, but is not limited to, answering phones and responding to general inquires, preparing disclosures, and checklists and issuing of proceed checks.

This position requires a minimum of a high school education. Strong organizational and analytical skills are a must. Customer service experience and banking knowledge are preferred as well as experience with various Microsoft Office Products.
